Approx 11am on 9/30/2017 at the 103rd and Roberts Rd location. The pump was $2.559 and the sign was $2.549.

The young man said O NLY corporate can change the sign and the pumps and that corporate is closed today. So you made an extra penny per gallon off every customer this weekend.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

I'm sorry that happened to you.....I have worked for Speedway for 3 years and the manager (black shirts) is supposed to change the price! The cashiers (blue shirts) can't change the price because we dont have the codes to get into the signs price change......now the main manager can change the price at the pumps....but only if he is told to....we are supposed to go by the gas pumps pricing because corprate automatically changes the price twice a day unless the price is held.

The managers are supposed to change the gas prices on the sign to match their pumps.....and so yes the store managers can change the price of the sign.......and they're supposed to.

It sounds like a case of the "lazy shift leader" (black shirts) just like the one at my work who is on her phone all the time and smokes every 45 mins for 20 or 30 mins at a time......did I mention she is about an hr late everyday?

Ughh sorry back to topic lol.....

My advice to u is to call corporate and tell them about it.....customer is always right! Good luck!!!

The price is always ON THE PUMP and the sign itself was wrong. Cry me a river.
