I walked in slid & fell hard on the floor. As I was trying to get up I noticed 3 women staring down at me from behind the counter. I walked up to counter holding my arm & hand & one of them said "You ok"? I said no I hurt myself.
You need a rug there cuz the floor is slippery. The same woman said "I put the wet sign out what do you want"? I said a rug might have prevented me from getting hurt. She repeated "I said the sign is out what else do you want"?
She wasn't concerned or listening so I said I would get gas somewhere else. As I was walking out she said "Whatever that your choice".
That's no way to treat customers especially one that hurt themselves in your business. No care for me hurting after falling on the hard floor at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I woke up bruised & took pictures. What are you going to do??
