Fast quick service and the lady was very respectful considerate kind and understanding. My speedway points were stolen she was able to find the exact transaction and she said she can definitely find out who stole my points a total of over 13,000 points was stolen the lady was very accurate make sure that I would receive a call back and something in the mail

I went into the store, and the girls were being very rude. They don't add on your points when I go to that Speedway.

I spoke with someone and they were very nice to me and provided excellent customer service. A particular employee who goes by the name Trish was very pleasant. However, I went in again today, and Barb didn't treat me well. I do not appreciate that and desire action to be taken.

Please give me a call at 734-421-****. The store needs to undergo some reforms.

The people who work at *** Customer Consumer are great; they're helpful people. If you have a problem, give them a call.

The associate behind the counter was very helpful to the degree she could be. The problem was in redeeming reward points and using passcode. It didn't work. And just the day before I was on the phone with speedway to resolve the same issue. It is too difficult to maneuver your system and quickly redeem points. Why is additional code and texts needed just to purchase and redeem points? I think you make it difficult on purpose. I rate the process a "one" on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the worst and 10 the best. You need to simplify it!!
