Perhaps Speedway thinks that a better use of their time is to think up "catchy" names for their complaint forms. Here's a suggestion, Send managers with more than a Jr High Diploma to these their stores to check that they are being run correctly.
Floors look like hell. never A drink lid that fits the cup you choose, No-one in the place has manners, this could be solved by choosing people to work who have at least a "passing" knowledge of what they are there for. 5 people ,either quit or have been fired in 2 weeks. Wonder why?..
Example: New product is introduced...
You send a Mobile drink coupon Body Armor) 28 oz , Not a 16oz ( that matches coupon) Send some corporate people to these stores, You would be amazed. Dont know how Cindy ever escaped the axe , ( must be loved) by Speedway.....figures.

Rewards coupons constantly--- for products they do not have. App rarely works at all
Product or Service Mentioned: Speedway Gas Station Rewards Program.
Reason of review: Poorly managed.
Preferred solution: see that basic coupons sent to a Geographical area have the Product advertised..
I liked: Close to my home, Leaving.
I didn't like: Service attitude, Dirty facility and rude manager, Diesel gas pump prucing much higher than advertised on sign, Hot food choices.
