I was in the Mason Mi store around 6 pm on Jan 19 2017 and the shift lead that was on was very rude. I went to the counter with a free drink coupon and she scanned my card and as I was walking away she under her breath called me a *** this is not the first time.
She does not have customer service skills and i am a regular at this store and she is the only one that I have a problem with.
One of the employees told her that she thinks I am a physcotic ***. I feel that she needs to have some kind of training and it don't matter what the customer says or does she needs to refrain from mumbling under her breath while a customer can hear her.
